父親の敵討ちに失敗した少女レンは、正義心と憎悪を抱えたまま再び銃を手にし悪党狩りを始める。
しかしその最中、レンは自分がいた集落が悪党に襲われたことを知り集落へと戻るが、捕らえられ気を失ってしまう。
牢獄の中で目を覚ますと、そこには同じく集落の生存者であろう3人が捕らえられているがどこか様子がおかしい。
いや、よく見れば3人ではない、4人だ。
落ち込んでいたレンを励ましてくれた同郷の少女リーアが犯されている。
「リーア!」
叫ぶレンを男が抑え込んだ。
「あいつらはこう言ったんだ。リーアを孕ませたら一人を助けてやるってな。そしてお前を孕ませれば、また一人助けるって」
男は薄ら笑いを浮かべながらレンのズボンを剥ぎ取ると、顕になったその性器へ舌を挿し込んだ――
