魔物は少女を丸呑みにし、体内で飼育して凌辱し続け、半永久的に食料を得る。
そんな魔物たちと戦う少女たちを、退魔師と呼んだ。

学校帰りの少女たちが乗るバスが魔物に襲われた。
巨大な肉塊状の魔物と、それを取り囲む無数の蟲型魔物。
肉塊魔物の触手によって少女たちは次々と捕われ、肉塊に埋め込まれていく。
そして肉塊から露出した下半身を、触手や蟲が容赦なく犯し尽す。
少女たちは身動きが一切取れない中、いつ終わるともしれない凌辱を受け続けた。

見習い退魔師のミライは、先輩や同期たちと共に現場に駆け付け、魔物と戦う。
しかし、数多の少女たちを犯して魔素を吸収した魔物は強く、
次から次へと産み出される蟲の群れに次第に劣勢に追い込まれ――。
