1.様々な状態異常を引き起こすお注射を持ったナースさん達が襲ってくるので、キーアイテムや消費アイテムを集めたり、音で誘導するなどして、自分の身を守りつつ病室にやってくるのを阻止しよう。
2.ベーシックモードでは7日間生き残り無事に退院しよう。クリアランクもあります。
3.無限の夜モードではポイントアイテムを集めつつ出来るだけ長く生き残りハイスコアを目指そう。
4.難易度はイージー、ノーマル、ハードの3つがあります。
5.アシスト機能として、マップ上でプレイヤー・敵の位置を確認できるモード、敵の視界を見ることができるモード、アシスト無しモードのいずれかを選択できます。
6.実績機能があり、その数は24個あります。全実績の解放を目指そう。
7.実績に応じて4着の追加コスチュームが解放されます。
8.16か国語に対応しています。ベーシックモードの難易度イージーの一日目を遊ぶことができます。
